#MunkAthletic easy to grip and on to you squeeze together to adjust the strength it has an easy to adjust knob on to in the middle these hand grips are great for your hands I use it because I get a lot of cramps so instead of using foam ball I use the grip I was so pleased with the design because my hands are so small it was a comfort grip for me and the design is not bulky like the steel grips so I am pleased
